Australian domestic shipping costs are automatically calculated by our secure online store. Just add your purchases to the shopping cart and work through the checkout process. Once you've entered your postcode the next page will display the shipping cost. If you are happy with the shipping cost continue through the checkout process, or alternatively cancel the transaction at this point without any charge to your credit card.

Some of the dog beds are made to order and therefore won't be shipped for 2-3 days from receipt of your order. Shipping times depend on the delivery address however a guideline is given in the shipping field in the checkout process.

For international orders contact us and tell us which dog bed you are interested in and where you live. We'll work out the shipping cost and let you know via email.   Please note all prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars. The prices quoted on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Where Dog Beds Online receive an order for a dog bed which cannot immediately be dispatched or is out of stock, we will contact you with an indication of the likely waiting time for the dog bed you ordered.

You will then have the choice to cancel your order with a full refund or alternatively have the dog bed dispatched when it becomes available.

The exception to this is the designer dog beds which are only available until the current stock sells out. If you purchase a designer dog bed and stocks have run out, you will have the choice to choose another dog bed from this site or we'll happily offer you a full refund.
