The No Quibble Guarantee applies to all of the Snooza Dog Beds on this site and covers your new dog bed against any manufacturing flaws.

In the unlikely event your new dog bed is affected by a manufacturing fault, email us some photos and tell us your name, address, contact phone number and when you purchased the dog bed. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your dog bed.

If you ordered the wrong product please contact us immediately. If an exchange or refund can be arranged additional postage costs and a handling fee may apply. Any refund or exchange is dependent on the original item being received in resaleable condition. Please contact use within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Whilst there is no guarantee against the damage dogs can cause, the Snooza dog beds are eligible for a FREE Repair Service.  So if your dog has shown their dog bed a little too much love, we may be able to help, however sometimes there's just too much damage. Before returning any beds to be repaired please wash & dry your product thoroughly.

Replacement parts, if required, will be charged at a minimal cost.

If your new dog bed arrives damaged please email us photos of the damage and we'll determine if the damage is a manufacturing fault or damage in transit. Manufacturing faults and flaws are covered under the No Quibble Guarantee.
