In the unlikely event that your new dog bed is delivered with some sort of manufacturing flaw, don't worry just contact us, with photos of the damage and details of when you purchased the bed. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your new dog bed.

The Heated Dog Mats and Heated Pet Beds come with a one year warranty against faulty workmanship and material and is valid for one year from date of purchase. Please note proof of purchase date will be required prior to processing any warranty claim.  Damage caused by animals or incorrect use voids warranty.
