What are the shipping costs?
Two things affect the shipping cost - firstly, the weight of the product which has already been entered in our database and secondly your postcode. So to find out the cost of the shipping just add the product you like to the shopping cart and work through the checkout process and enter your postcode. The next screen will then display the shipping costs. If you want to you can cancel the transaction at this stage and no charges will be processed to your credit card, however if you want to proceed, follow the instructions and complete the payment details and finalise the transaction.

If there is some sort of technical glitch and no shipping cost is added to your order we'll contact you and let you know what the cost is and give you the choice to cancel the transaction (with no fees) or to proceed with the transaction.

Be careful with some of the raised beds (Original Dog Bed, Super Deluxe Dog Bed or Flea Proofer Dog Bed ) as these dog beds are shipped assembled and tend to be expensive to ship and often get damaged in transit. If you are looking for a raised bed the Flea Free Dog Bed is a good choice as it's packed unassembled so you can save a lot on shipping costs and it's got a better chance of arriving undamaged.  

Will you send my new dog bed to my PO Box address?
No, unfortuantely we need a street address as the dog beds are delivered by courier.

Can I order a dog bed if I live outside Australia?
Absolutely, however as shipping fees vary greatly by destination please
contact us detailing the style of dog bed and size you are interested in and we'll confirm the shipping cost to you. Once you have made a decision, just let us know and we will process your order accordingly.

Are the dog beds on this site covered by a product guarantee?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged goods, please retain the packaging slip you received with your parcel and
contact us immediately outlining the reason for the return. Please detail in your email, the date of purchase, product name and your contact details - it also speeds up the process if you can provide some digital photos of the damage. At this time we will advise you of the address to forward your returned product and discuss your preference for a credit or exchange.

Some of our dog beds include a FREE repair service, so if your dog has been a little too rough with their new dog bed please contact us as we may be able to help.

How soon will I receive my new dog bed?
Your new dog bed will normally be dispatched within 2-3 business days, however delivery times vary depending on the destination . If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your new dog bed please don't hesitate to
contact us.

What should I do if I want cancel an order?
Contact us by
email immediately. Cancellations will only be possible where your dog bed has not been dispatched as yet, however a fee may apply.

Will you use my information to sell to third parties?
Dog Beds Online respects your privacy and we will NEVER provide or sell your personal details to any third party. You can read about our

How secure is your online store?
SSL technology is used to ensure your personal information remains just that. SSL Technology encrypts senstive information so you don't need to worry about the security of your data.

How can I pay for my new dog bed? 
Visa, Mastercard and American Express can be processed through our secure online store. Just add your products to the shopping cart and follow the instructions for the checkout process.

What if the product I order is unavailable?
Some products like the designer dog beds are only available until stocks run out. In this situation, we'll contact you and offer you the choice to order a different dog bed from our site or ask for a full refund. If you choose a different dog bed we just work out the difference and we'll either refund you the difference or you pay the extra, whichever situation applies.
